As-Is Home Buyers is a real estate investment company. We buy houses for our own account. We are not a licensed real estate brokerage, we do not represent you in a transaction, we do not list properties, and we do not owe you the fiduciary duties a licensed agent would owe a client. We are not a lender, law firm, tax advisor, credit counselor, or foreclosure rescue service.

Everything on this site is general information about selling a house as-is. It is not legal, tax, financial, or real estate advice, and it is not a substitute for guidance from a professional who knows your situation. Selling a home — especially during foreclosure, probate, divorce, or a tax delinquency — has consequences that depend on facts specific to you. If you are facing foreclosure or a tax sale, you may have rights and deadlines that matter a great deal. Selling to us is one option among several, and we encourage you to understand the others.

About our offers
